When you're visiting Downtown Madison, chances are you'll have a few questions. Our Information Ambassadors work as concierges, ready to offer event information, downtown directions, restaurant suggestions and a friendly smile.

Wearing their signature green shirts, Information Ambassadors can be found at the Downtown Information Booths from May through October, on the trolley during the holiday season and at special events throughout the year.





2010 Downtown Information Ambassador Booth Schedule

• Saturday, May 8 through mid-October, weather permitting
• Mondays-Tuesdays: 11:30am-1:30pm
• Wednesdays-Fridays: 11:30am-4:30pm
• Saturdays: 9:30am-4:30pm
• Sundays: 12:30pm-3:30pm
• Capitol Square Info Booth Location: At the intersection of State Street, North Carroll Street, and West Mifflin Street near the Wisconsin Historical Museum
• State Street Info Booth Location: Frances Street Plaza, near 564 State Street
